Composition
My most recent performances include the experimental work Frustration!, for the open-scores focused Edges Ensemble at the University of Huddersfield, as well as the concert overture Carnival with the University of Bath Concert Band.
I am currently composing music for the amateur music societies of which I am a part. You can keep up to date with my most recent activity here.
Trumpet
I grew up playing trumpet in high school wind ensembles, marching and jazz bands I have returned to regular trumpet playing after a nearly two-decade hiatus.
Part of my trumpet rehabilitation includes being an active member of the amateur music scene in South Wales. I have most recently been 4th trumpet in Mahler’s 5th symphony with the Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra. I am a regular member of the Swansea Philharmonic and Porthcawl community orchestra. I have also performed with Sinfonica Tywi, Swansea Bay Orchestra, the Bridgend Big Band, and the Constellations Big Band.

Piano
I have played piano since I was ten years old, learning both classical and jazz styles. I
attended the Sacramento Traditional Jazz Camp during high school, where my first piece for jazz combo, E.C. Blues, was performed. I also attended the 2001 Stanford Jazz Workshop studying with members of the Jim Cullum Jazz Band.
I have also played piano for fundraisers and receptions for various politicians and public figures, accompanied choirs, soloists, and spent a summer singing and playing piano in a piano bar in Little Rock, Arkansas.
